Thomas Coat Finishes was given the subcontract by Shelbury Construction Inc. to provide skilled labor for the exterior decoration for the commercial Centre. Working in collaboration with the project team, we delivered a premium-quality finish that enhances and complements the building's sophisticated architectural design.

Our scope of work included comprehensive surface preparation followed by the professional application of one coat of Total Wall – Shot Blast Fine texture finish. This premium coating system provides a refined contemporary texture while delivering outstanding durability, superior weather resistance, and long-lasting curb appeal.
