Thomas Coat Finishes completed a comprehensive exterior painting project designed to protect and refresh the hotel's appearance while providing a durable, long-lasting finish.

The project began with a thorough pressure cleaning of all exterior wall surfaces to remove dirt, flaked paint, mildew, and other contaminants, ensuring the surfaces were properly prepared. Once preparation was completed, we address cracks with a paintable sealant and make good various areas with exterior joint compound. Two coats of Sherwin-Williams Loxon® Self-Cleaning Acrylic Coating was applied using our professional airless spray system. This premium coating delivers outstanding weather resistance, exceptional durability, and self-cleaning technology that helps the exterior maintain a cleaner, fresher appearance over time.

All wooden areas were carefully prepared through cleaning, filling and sanding before applying Sherwin-Williams Emerald® Urethane Trim Enamel, providing a smooth, durable finish with excellent adhesion.
